Yes, I think I had... Normally, I created specific blocks for them (I'm using wordpress and drupal). I can check again but I need to access to the CMS admin interface. If linkback and ads are removed, it's a mistake from me and I immediately will correct it.

How are you loading ads on escalade? It wasn't displayed when I checked first time and it wasn't in source code either. But on refreshing, it was present!

As I told you, I use blocks to add your ads on my website. It makes my life easier for upgrading templates. But it's a little bit strange that it doesn't appear for you. I'll have a look during the day to correct it.
After a test, I see that my template seems to be corrupted. Really strange.... I'll modify it.
