Problem:I am having problem in setting up the following entries for my domain

• webmail.shrewdgeek.com IN CNAME webmail.mailhostbox.com.

• 20110803._domainkey.shrewdgeek.com IN TXT ""v=DKIM1; g=*; k=rsa; p=MIGfMA0GCSqGSIb3DQEBAQUAA4GNADCBiQKBgQDguPj3J5e9CYYDBYdKOaIJh7tcbYWHvWxDKpw+ vVtdpqN9ToQN5FaAu/SAbBCfB4LKEnf0O26taBSAbhr56MaaJ9Rc8AosBsC7you6I1jI/e1AD6ro eW++MyRkok6IimaURpI5ZCc7Iz9Y0+Ya8a+SFV3NAILSzlWQxWy9M0EfrQIDAQAB""

webmail.shrewdgeek.com gets error that its already in use and the other two i dont know how to setup!!

1) I tried setting webmail.sharu.tk to mailhostbox.com  and it worked. Check if you've already set it to something else!
Edit: I think you can't add webmail to primary domain as it points to Webmail of VlexoFree server. You can add for other parked domains though

2) As of second, I think you are supposed to do it at your DNS registrar

3) Try Email Authentication in cPanel

Edit: Instead of webmail, I configured tmp.sharu.vlexofree.com and it worked. So you can try with other names and make it work

I dont know about mailhostbox but it sounds kinda like google apps. Read the google apps vlexofree wiki page and it may guide you with what you need to do. http://vlexofree.com/wiki/Google_Apps

Also I think webmail may not work for you because its in use by the system. Try another name.

The email hosting is associated with my domain name and they have given me webmail address as

Also the domainkey and spf entries are there in the email authentication page but i am not sure where and how to put those.These are TXT records and i dont find any option to enter these records in cpanel.

@ELI i already read that wiki and was able to setup pop,imap and smtp entries.But those three things i am unable to setup !!

I don't think it'll matter as they are detecting the domain right. They are detecting http://tmp.sharu.vlexofree.com right, so even if you add http://mail.shrewdgeek.com in CNAME, they must be able to detect. Or try adding CNAME record with your Domain Name Registrar. So your CNAME record at DNS may override VlexoFree webmail record.

Did you try adding Domain key records at BigRock.com, I think you've registrered your domain there. The instruction to set SPF record is given in http://vlexofree.com/wiki/Google_Apps.

I don't have a paid domain, but I could configure in co.cc as given in Image. If you want to configure it on server, you may need Advanced DNS Editor. I haven't tried it though.
