That first domain is not your main account domain.

Thats the only change that requires me. Otherwise you can just park the domain.

thanks, but this wouldn´t be a good solution for me, because my new domain (.tk) would redirect to the old (co.cc), and not the contrary. Looking for a solution, a got a problem. Now when typing guiadeti.co.cc i´m redirected to guiadeti.co.cc/blog/hhttp:/guiadeti.tk/, and even though a deactived this redirection on the cpanel. it continues on my site.

      Writer,

My Recommendation is to switch to the main to guiadeti.tk then have the co.cc domain to permanently redirect to that domain.

(Since you are using WordPress, It'll be easy re-configuring that also to work to the new domain)

when you say "switch to the main to guiadeti.tk" you mean change from my first account domain (areagamer.co.cc) to guiadeti.tk, or just to switch from guiadeti.co.cc to guiadeti.tk?

In the first case wouldn´t help, cause i´m about to buy a .com domain, and then i´ll ask for my first domain change.

In the second case, i need to know how to do that, because i´m unexperienced in Wordpress.

I still don´t know how to fix that, even though, as previously mentioned, i already disabled this option on my cpanel.

Sorry Writer for my confusion. The first case would be fine. Just use the domain template again with the new domain you would like to use.

Also, when your domain gets switched over by Eli or Sharad, here is the instructions you'll need to change site over: http://codex.wordpre...ng_The_Site_URL

If you need help with this, Let me know!

this link was very helpful, thanks, but i might be missing something here, because just before i read your reply i found out how to change my domain name directly on the database. After that, i realized it was also necessary to move the directory, so i did it.

When i read the codex article you indicated, i saw i was doing it (partialy) wrong, trying to visit my blog during the change, and had made some changes in the wrong order. Fortunately, they had the solutions for that too. I did what it said. Now, the permalinks are okay, the domain is okay (as guiadeti.tk in both database and wordpress general configuration) and everything is fine...

Except for the fact when i click visit site on wordpress panel i get a vlexofree page with a 404 error, with my domain name redirected again to guiadeti.co.cc/blog/hhttp:/guiadeti.tk/.

P.S. When i click all posts > view i have nourmal access to my blog posts.

I thought after following all the steps the blog would run normally. it ain´t happened.

The weirdest thing is that i have no longer any redirection enabled from guiadeti.co.cc to guiadeti.tk. I disabled it imediately after doing it, but the results were kept to my site. Please, if you can, help me out! :D

Alright. First, remove the co.cc domain from parked domain. then go to Add-on domains and add on the domain through there. (Don't worry about the document root)

Once Added, Click "Manage Redirection" and type in "http://guiadeti.co.cc/" then click "Save"

Once you do that, Guiadeti.co.cc should redirect to Guiadeti.tk

I also did that earlier, just didn´t mentioned.

I did what you said, still getting a 404 error, but this time the adress barr shows only the domain I type, without the guiadeti.co.cc/blog/hhttp:/guiadeti.tk/ thing.

Thank´s for everything, waiting for an answer.

Hey, i found the problem. The weird thing was that I was doing everything right. So, i looked carefuly to every step on the article http://codex.wordpre...oving_WordPress Alex indicated me.

Turns out i didn´t paid attention on the settings>media> store uploads in this folder. It jy]ust took a few seconds to resolve the issue. I put the entyre path to my new directory and everyhing was running perfectly again.

Also, downloaded the Search and Replace plugin and all the images came back o the site.

If you want, visit my site, with the new domain: http://guiadeti.tk
