Refer http://vlexofree.com/wiki/SuPHP Or ry deleting .htaccess after making a backup of it.

Clear your cache and Try force reloading using Ctrl + F5. Also try different browser

I did evrything you said now but it didn't work so i tried the automatic installer and that didn't work either so my question is can you please reset my account so evrything is like i got it when i just registered?
