Hello,

I am an expert 2000 member requesting ssh access. I generated some keys and downloaded them via the cpanel however the prompt mentions contacting the administrators for ssh access. Is there any specific information from me needed for ssh access? (domain name, username etc) ?

I am an expert 2000 ad-free user it says so in the subject and in the message itself...

Problem: I do not have ssh access to the server despite being an expert 2000 ad-free user. I have both tried importing a key and generating a pair from cpanel.
