Hi,
My account was suspended. Details are below:
Package: Personal 300
Domain: meenakshi.cz.cc
Username: kgopalki
I suspect it is because of the domain name. My ISP had stopped allowing access to .cz.cc domains, so I switched to meenakshi.tk, which I added to my account. If this is a problem, please let me know how I can fix this.
If not, please let me know why my account was suspended and what I can do to correct this.

You need to request a domain change in the support forum.
