DNS Won't Forward

Nature Of Problem: DNS Forwarding
Your Domain/Subdomain: sweetvanillaminecraft.tk
Error you are Getting [if applicable]DNS is leading to old IP
Problem: I have a minecraft server which is the nature of my website. For users to connect to it they must either use the IP or the DNS forwarded address. To simplify everything I just hand out the DNS URL "mc.sweetvanillaminecraft.tk". This had led to a previous IP, now, that IP has changed. So I simply went into the CPanel and changed the previous to "192.3.107.214". The problem is when a user tries to connect, it still forward to the previous IP. I have tried deleting it, waiting 24hours then resetting it. Nothing works. I hope you can shed some light on this problem and hopefully fix it!

OpenDNS and google dns are returning same address.

$ nslookup mc.SweetVanillaminecraft.tk 208.67.222.222
Server: 208.67.222.222
Address: 208.67.222.222#53

Non-authoritative answer:
Name: mc.SweetVanillaminecraft.tk
Address: 69.162.83.164

$ nslookup mc.SweetVanillaminecraft.tk 8.8.8.8
Server: 8.8.8.8
Address: 8.8.8.8#53

Non-authoritative answer:
Name: mc.SweetVanillaminecraft.tk
Address: 69.162.83.164

Their local/ISP may have cached the IP Address. To clear local cache, read http://docs.cpanel.net/twiki/bin/view/AllDocumentation/ClearingBrowserCache

if nslookup returns old cache, they'll have to change the DNS servers. https://developers.google.com/speed/public-dns/docs/using

Just tride both of these, neither worked. Also, if I try creating a new DNS forward (Like play.XXX.tk) it fails to connect also.
