I am very sorry to say this but as of now all users on the free server are recommenced to make your backups and find another host.
Today, it has come to my attention that the root password for the free server has been changed without my knowledge or the knowledge of any of the staff. This password could have been changed by a rogue staff member or someone from our server provider but we dont know. Because of this, We [the Vlexo staff] now have no access to the server to manage it or help users with their problems. You are welcome to stay on the server but you will have no support and no mysql.
Again, I am very sorry that this had to happen and I hope you enjoyed the time you did have being hosted on vlexo.

Holy hell, I settle and now some has shot me in the arm, well that's what it feels like, I will try backing up everything under the sun, but for a rouge staff member to wreck a hosting company sounds a bit weird to me, including the fact that it's ONLY the free server, I don't know, I haven't seen a hoster of this greatness, so i'll stay for now.

Update, MySQL seems to be back up, but it's coming and going.
Backup's made, and try and tack any IP that goes through the CHANGE PASSWORD page, it would be an idea if you can do that.

Sorry guys! I shouldn't have abandoned Vlexo in this way.
We are getting a provider change and users will enjoy this new dedicated server:
Dual Xeon 3.06 Ghz (DUAL CPU)
2GB DDR2 RAM
250GB SATA
2000GB BW/MONTH
5 IP Adresses
When exactly are we getting this change?
Either today or tomorrow.

Premature and unwarranted posts ftw. No offense, but you really shouldn't be making posts informing users to make backups and find a new host based on nothing more then assumptions.
