Any laptop with a webcam could do that, doesn't matter what.
This more-overly shows Macs flaws as the original owner could hack into her own computer and open up the cam.

With the economy down, I'll just go with anything that is cheaper
You can buy a windows latop for like $699 with 4gb of ram, 250gb of storage. But for a mac, 4gb of ram is like $1599 or even more.
