This particular forum is something which we consider to be a forum where we give information on the status of our network. This information is of course important information as this could involve the status of the web server you are indeed hosted on. News which obviously stands for updates or upcoming events is why this forum was created, to show the individual user the status of our network and the stability of it; in all honesty! In the soon coming months, we will also be providing status images from which you will be able to see either on our main website or on an off-network based website; from which you will be able to gather information on whether or not a server is down or either up!
So if you find that your website is down, just take a peak in this little section of the forum and news of why your website or server you are hosted on is down and instead of creating a thread in the support section. Just reply to that particular thread and we will answer all your question(s) there!
