Unfortunatyly our database we restored yesterday was corrupt, so we have had to restore our old database which is only one day old however we have lost quite a few new posts and threads especially the subdomain thread I posted in the news section. But heck, let's not think of this as a bad thing.
... Let's get the posting up to the level we had yesterday!
NEWS:
(We had a severe amount of time which our forum was not up, however all accounts on the free and variable server have been consistently up throughout the whole procedure of the MySQL going corrupt)
We apologize for the amount of time in which the forums were down however we hope this doesn't affect anyone from posting on the forums as we always welcome posts on the forums. We are looking into backing up our forum database, by the hour everyday.
Website downtime (Just vlexo.com, free users were not affected) NOTICE!
We fully understand and know that our website/forum was down, in affect the database was not harmed in any way, we haven't received anything from our providers however we are still inquiring why this 3rd incident occurred. We are of course opening up our options into looking for new providers which will provide more redundancy for this type of failure. We are pretty upset over this incident and we have not taken it lightly. However if this seems to be a 1 off incident we'll stay with the current provider. - If this isn't case, we will have backups ready to move to new providers we have considered.
