Actually it's not up. This is quite tiresome however out of my control, seeing this is network downtime! We will have to wait and if things carry on like this, we will have make a network move to improve reliability.

All those who are on the variable server have not been affected. It seems to have some latency in coming back and up again, it is up every 10 seconds then goes down. The actual server isn't down, it's the 'network' which connects the server that is down, how annoying! We have plans to combat this however.

Okay, there seems to be an issue with XO, a bandwidth provider who provides connections to the datacenter. That's as far as what I can tell. If anyone needs support regarding this, please post here, I'm not sure on a given ETA on when things will get solved.

I've phoned up the datacenter and I've gotten through, they said there is a network distribution problem and they are working on fixing the issue at hand, I believe this problem is related to the above.

Hopefully they'll get working on this nice and quick so we'll be able to see our websites! :D

I phoned them up again, it looks like they are under heavy DDoS attack. Though they definitely have network engineers working on this; as explained by the guy on the phone, I also asked for an ETA however he couldn't give me one, so as said, we will have to wait.

To clarify, no data has been lost nor has the datacenter burnt down.

      Sorry guys!

      Okay,

Everything is back and up and running again! Yay! :)

I'm looking into other networks as said before, to prevent this from happening anytime soon. :)

In total, there was around 40 minutes of downtime. The datacenter solved this issue fast, so we are good to go! :)

      You're great!
There are some many free host but I have not found any who cares as much about their customers like you do.
