Ok so when i went to log into cPanel a minute ago It goes all bitchy with me. I go to check my account (quad.vlexodns.com/~davey1/) and it goes to the suspended page.. The other day i had to move my 'entire' website because All The DNS Records Had Disappeared from WHM.

And i was literally thinking 'What The Hell?' And now you guys suspend my account, without any notification! How very nice!!

So you suspend me for not being able to host my domain on your server because your server messed things up? That doesn't make sense.

What are you guys on?

Okay, well we just had a server move. So there is chance that something happened to your account during that time. I don't have access to your account, so you will need to wait a bit - until an Admin (with root access) takes a look at this for you.

I suspended it because daveyonline.net was pointed to different IPs. I thought you moved.

I unsuspended it if you still wanted to use it.

Sorry I couldnt read this sooner, I had to go to a school meeting and then my gf and I hung out.

I expected problems, but not like this... Having to wait over 10 hours for my account to be un-suspended..

You had to wait that long as staff (Only admins) didn't have access to any accounts/files... thus why only Eli or another admin was able to unsuspend your account. Which in this case Eli had to do it as I was busy sorting up some other stuff otherwise I would have unsuspended in a more timely manner. So you are probably asking, why didn't they have access?! We recently upgraded the server and moved all accounts over, only admins at the time had access however staff are now beginning to regain such access to support whatever that needs to be supported. But essentially that is why you had to wait over 10 hours, as Eli lives in a different location to us Brits and isn't exactly obligated to be on these forums 24/7 of every hour.

But like Kay said, good luck to whomever else you choose or even yourself from what it sounds like. You are always welcome if you want an account at Vlexo!
