How do you think this is possible?

some kind of glitch in the flash thingy on the site. once i uploaded to mediafire..it uploaded at 96MBps!
but it got stuck at the end of the upload...lol

Nope it wasn't on a computer on a home network but it was still my computer!

hi i test the speed of my internet in many sites i got the best  speed results from here ip-details
my results are
download=1.09Kbps
upload=0.87Kbps
i dont know the reason why my speed seems to be slow many of them said that if Cable Internet services share bandwidth with satellite Internet access.  
If there are many subscribers using that same bandwidth, it can slow down the connection. kindly guide me how to solve this problem .

until now, I thought my connection is the slowest
