Hello,
We are aware of the recent outages that have happened. We are working on resolving the issue. The issue is to mainly do with MySQL and a particular account overloading it. Rest assured we will look for the offending account and resolve the issue.

Update:
Some memory adjustments are going to be made and we should see these problems disappear. If not, the tables will be defraged, if it persists, we find the user abusing MySQL.

Yeah it was you. Your account will be recompiled and all data collected and sent to the FBI.
Joking aside, it was an account on Tyreus, that was using over 300 php processes.
