my account as been suspended.. and i am not even able to enter to account terminated forum...

i followed all the rules.. can i know the reason why i have been suspended..
please at the earliest..

I just checked the system and it says "Link to site in other account's spamming emails...". Were you sending out mass spam emails?

holy shit.. i am really sorry.. thats a site i designed for my friend.. he might have been doing it.. is it "biogesto.vlexo.net"
i am just a web designer.. i designed his website.. i told him about vlexo, so he joined here too.. i am not the owner of that account..

Uh huh. He sent out 5000 emails and had 19000 more to go if I didn't stop it. I went into his mailer's DB and your email and website were in the settings. As well as the main point of every email was for them to click your money making link to your website. You two also have the same ISP.

So what? You had no idea this was happening? You had no part in sending these emails? When your site is on everything?

nope.. i did not have any idea of he doing that.. but we surely had talked about sharing our profits in that clicking program.. i did not know he would do this...
he is a noobie.. i told him to post in forums and make money.. but i did not know he was doing this.. i think i need to call him up and talk to him..
we all share the same isp.. here in india..
how can i defend the case.. i dont know.. u just should not help anyone..never should have invited him to vlexo..

this is my case.. please decide on it.. i have nothing more to tell.. i am really sorry for helping him...

wat i intend to put on my website "machbio.vlexo.net" ?
i intend to put articles about the internet, money making ideas, a review on softwares and my adobe photoshop creations.. and also put up my portofolio information for anyone to contact me and a download arena for the open source end users...and a forum which could be a platform for discussion on various topics like CMS, biotech or anything else...

and i read through the TOS... i will abide by the rules..
i was hoping i will be moderator for this forum.. well now.. i dont think can get back the trust back once again...
