I'd definitely change the help guides
Yeah that page could use some work. What would you do?

and make a better CRM tool to deal with registration set up.
Our current iPanel works pretty well for managing all the signups that are made. Do you think you could make something like that from scratch? Or you thinking of something else?

create a monthly hit and cp log in monitor so as to prevent dead non-upkept sites from taking up space. Not only would this increase potential revenue you would get from ads but also increase server service quality for the rest of the members.
iPanel has a inactive account list that goes by bandwidth usage (uses the cpanel APIs).

Lastly I'd offer more options regarding how to give back, especially with ad dimensions, making them CSS compliant.
Right now im keeping the ads the way they are until google decides to pay me, or ban my adsense account. These ads are just a test until then.

And if you wanted me to go a bit more over board I can make a CMS that will allow for people to manage and create better sites through a dummy proof process. Which also opens up a portal to spur additional revenue. Although this is labor intensive and we'd have to negotiate exactly what you'd like to offer.
I dont think we need something this labor intensive

Finally on the forums quite often, I may not post as often as I'm on, but I can always help if an additional support is needed.
I usually wait until someone has ~100 posts before I consider them to be in the support group. But i make an exception for the devel group.
