Hey guys, Have you ever heard of Library Catalog Management System, Well i have. It is software that your local public libaries use to issue and return your books. Cool ha. The think is that i am making my own in php and is open source. You think that their are some open source ones but they are 2 crap so i am trying to make a better luck.
