Hah, Good mix of OSes at the moment!

      My setup goes as follows:
      • MacBook 13" Unibody - OS X 10.6.3 (& BootCamp Fedora 13)
      • "Morpheus" Server - Windows Server 2008 R2
      • HP 10.1" Netbook - Windows 7, which is soon to be replaced by Fedora 13 also
So yeah, I am in favour of *nix :)

On my Acer aspire one I use ubuntu netbook remix 10.04 dual booted with windows xp. on my desktop I have mac osx snow leopard and windows 7

I'd have to say overall I still pick mac os over all of the other operating systems. I don't do gaming so operating systems such as windows that support gaming do not appeal to me as far as gaming goes. I record a lot of music so the apple operating system also helps with maneuverability with recording and editing. I have to say though microsoft has stepped it up a notch with windows 7

I use Linux not only by preference but also because the philosophy the project goes by. :P
Windows 7 is slow on my computer surprisingly even though Linux works like a charm first of all.
Also, macs with OSX are expensive and I can't stand the damn dock.

I use for software development Ubuntu 9.04, Windows XP/7.
In virtual machine it runs always Ubuntu under Windows or Windows under Linux.

Windows 7 because of its efficancy and sleek design is my main operating system, although I also have Windows XP, Vista, and Microsoft Server 2008, all on seperate partitions of many hard drives.  Ubuntu also seems nice and I've got it on my laptop, although I havent taken the time to fully get the hang of using it.

      Linux All the way
those who like mac with windows pcs use iPC OSx86 PP5
but Linux is by far more advanced than windows
Compare Windows 7 Aero to Compiz-Fusion
Windows 7 Aero has high requirements
I'm running Compiz Fusion under a ATI Mobility Radeon 7500 and all is well
      It doesn't work under aero

      The Power of Linux
      Ubuntu Lucid Lynx Rocks
If my laptop was better i would be using osx86 but i have to make do with what ive got
If I was richer i'd have an iMac or a MacBook Pro

I dual boot on Windows XP and Ubuntu. Spend most time on Windows though.

Well, I'm using Win7 Ultimate x64 on desktop and it's pretty good; it's fast and clear; but my first choice is OSX; it's brightly clear and very stable, I like it so much!

I have a HP laptop and I'm running Windows 7 Home Premium. As far as I'm concerned, it's the best OS for the PC out there. Vista was a horrible sticky disaster and I hope to never use it again.

I have two computers, one runs Windows 7 64bit, the other is a triple-boot between Windows 7 32-bit, Windows XP and Ubuntu.

It's funny to me and perhaps ironic that I only use Ubuntu when something goes terribly wrong in Windows.

Windows 7 for me. It's great, looking back at Vista well that wasn't so great. Although I love mucking around and installing Ubuntu for a change. I love Mac too.

I simply run Windows 7 on my Desktop and OSX on my MacBook, nothing more. They do enough for me, and work well with one another. I used to dual boot XP and Vista, until 7 came out and proved no need for me to dual boot the both of them.
