Vlexo has released a brand new helpdesk with many more features than the old one, including Live Support.

Vlexo has released a brand new helpdesk for it's members. Thanks to Kayako for amazing helpdesk software.

This new helpdesk will include many more features including:
  • Live Support - Speak with Vlexo staff one to one in person.
  • Updated Knowledgebase - A new knowledgebase with many articles. (Articles under construction).
  • No Registration - You are not required to register, once you submit a ticket you are automatically registered and the login details are sent to you!
  • E-Mail Piping - Simply send an e-mail to support@vlexo.com for support and sales@vlexo.com for sales to submit a new ticket, and once you recieve a response, simply reply to the e-mail!
  • And much more!
