Most people probably already know how to do this..

Please note.. All this information was found through this link:
http://www.facebook....571&topic=17202

and from some trial and error experimentation.

FACTS:
  • You can do this to normal accounts and pages.. but you must "Like" the page, or be friends with the person.
  • The comment shows up on both your facebook page and the person's page or wall that you commented on.
  • You have to be the ADMIN of the page for this to work...
  • You can bug your existing friends using this method.. they might like your page.

Pros:

  • It's kind of an ad for your own page.. Example if you comment using your page "Moron" on someone else's page called "Electricity", then people who visit the electricity page may see a Moron commenting, and be curious enough to visit that page.
  • It ads a personal touch.. Lots of people "Like" pages, but not many pages interact with them.
Cons:
  • You have to befriend people and like pages to actually post on their walls...
  • People aren't that.. crazy enough to accept invitations from a developer or page admin.. >_>
  • Your friends list goes up...

And finally.. HOW TO DO IT:
  • place the @ symbol, then type the person's name.. facebook will automatically show a list starting with pages and friends you have and you can click on the one you want to fill out the information.

Easy enough.. right?

Also facebook always changes something.. so this information may not be correct later on.. >_>
