this is snipemdowntk , im going to help you choosing a game console,
personnaly i have the xbox 360.
How to choose :
1. how mutch you play with family/friends together.
2. how mutch money do you got?
3. What type of gamer are you.
First of all i recommend the wii for who likes to play games with family and friends and want to do this really often. (also this is a good console for a cheap price but not Ultra good quality ( not full hd ) )
Second i recommend the xbox 360 for peaple who like to make some noisy games and just have fun with their friends ( online ) and/or peaple who just love halo ( i bougt it for that ) also the controller fits good.Bad thing about the xbox 360 is that you have to pay for playing online.
Third i recommend the PS3 if you would want The best quality console . Also if you want to play bluray video's this console is just perfect for you.
but one dissadventage is that the controller somethimes doesn't fit your hand real good.
Conclusion
Wii: perfect for peaple who come together with family/friends real often , cheap , and you are a Family gamer
Xbox 360 : For peaple who like to make some noisy fun ( somethimes ) and have fun online or peaple who love the exclusive games for xbox 360 ( kinect , kineanimals , halo reach , etc... ) ( only stupid thing about xbox 360 is that you have to pay for playing online ) for funmaking somethimes noisy peaple.
Playstation 3 : Perfect for peaple who like to watch evrything in the best quality possible atm . Great Exclusive Games(killzone 3 etc...). A little expensive somethimes.(accesoiries and such stuff ). Controller doesn't always fit good . More for the hardcore gamer .
