Donation Tracker Promotion

I my last donation was on 28-10-10(28th Oct'10) but donation tracker promotion deactivated on 06-11-10(6th Nov.'10). Why?

There can easily get bugs in the system, I'm sure the staff will be able to assist you in getting this fixed and getting your Promotion back up for the length of time it was suppose to be.

Be patient waiting for their replies, and let them work through to see what went wrong.

It may be a bug in the system about having 2 donations within 30 days. each donation within 30 days should add an additional 30 but apparently that didnt happen with you. I will have to see what happens when someone else have 2 within 30 days to make sure.

In the mean time I have manually promoted you and will demote you at the end of the month.
