Problem: one of my domains http://firestudios.org is now being sent to a parked domain page instead of my site, even though all records and settings say it shouldn't be.

I was wondering if the DNS of vlexo has been changed (from ns1.vlexodns.com) or if it's something else. I still use emails off of that domain so I need this issue resolved soon please .

F.Y.I.:  Jon. J. Owns the domain so I can't edit the DNS or flush it .

Problem:  I'm not capable of deleting the files created by a wordpress plugin found at /public_html/blog/wp-content/cache /public_html/blog/wp-content/backup-3ee29. I've tried FTP, File Manager, and the Legacy File Manager. I just don't have high enough permissions to override the apache user created files (files created through scripts generally are ownership to the apache default user "nobody" aka 99).

If one of the staff could delete the files, this that would be great

The server is 500 erroring on all vlexo hosted sites (if they load at all).

seems to be the mysql connect part of the apache set-up is missing.

Do we have Gzip enabled?

Well, yes and no.

Yes in that I've (nearly) Finished making the template for the theme.

No in that I haven't converted it to a WP theme yet.
