Problem:
Site is giving 500 errors. I have checked the error log in cPanel and it yields no help, what is causing this issue?

Problem:
It appears that the suhosin setup on Deuce is conflicting with Gallery3, preventing me from being able to upload photos to the site. Could this setting be turned off for my vhost or something so this software starts working? Thanks.

Problem:

Finally got around to upgrading the site to Gallery3 today. Everything works perfectly on localhost, but when uploading to Vlexo I get 500 errors when accessing the site.

The installer works fine, and if I type incorrect connection details I get an error, but if the environment is set up properly I get sent a 500 error (as provided by the HTML page I set as the error document).

I have performed the steps on Gallery's wiki for these errors (removing the PHP settings from .htaccess), which did not help, and the documentation in Vlexo's wiki is not helping either. The permissions should be set up properly (they appear to be in cPanel).

cPanel's error log has nothing useful in this regard (no change there then!), so I am completely at a loss as to what to do next. Any idea what's wrong?

The log states that there are no ads or links on ANY subdomain, which sounds strange to me as there were last time I checked (with the exception of the blog, due to a mixup when upgrading Wordpress). If you unsuspend this account I shall fix the blog and investigate the other pages as soon as I get home today.

Error you are Getting [If applicable]: The exec() function is disabled in your PHP by the disabled_functions parameter in php.ini. This module cannot be used until that setting is changed.
Problem: A while ago Vlexo installed ImageMagick so that I could use Gallery2 properly. exec has been disabled recently so preventing ImageMagick from working with Gallery. Could exec be re-enabled for this purpose?
