Hey,
I was just wondering why my account was suspended. I assume it was due to lack of activity (busy past couple of weeks, including a long vacation without internet access). Let me know what's happening, thanks!

Connection issues from home computer.
21 January 2010 - 08:42 AM
I'm a bit unsure about this one, maybe you can share some insight.
I can (usually, when Vlexo isn't having server issues) connect to vlexofree.com, my cPanel, and vlexoForums.com from my work computer and even my on campus computer (at school a ways away from where I am now). However, when I'm on my home computer, the connection always seems to time-out and I can never get a page to load (barely any, the times it does is few and far between). When this is happening all other sites I visit are working fine, connectivity doesn't appear to be an issue on my end.
I've tried connecting from my computer (laptop on LAN for reference) from two different OSs (I dual-boot XP and Sabayon Linux), neither of which will load the above pages.
Note I've had more luck connecting to vlexofree and vlexoforums, but never got to my cPanel or websites homepage from my home computer.
Any ideas as to what's happening?
(I apologize for the lack of structure/flow in the above information, I'd be happy to clear up any and all ambiguities)

Vlexo Ad code
18 January 2010 - 08:50 AM
I'm putting up a simple "under construction" page up for my new account. The vlexo ad code does not seem to work (shown below), the link-back code works fine but the ad will not display.
Is it on me, vlexo's servers, or a combination thereof?
Also, are these the only advertisements we can use to be eligible for the free hosting? I see there are some pretty cool banners/advertisements in a sticky thread, can those be used in place of the given code?
Thank you!
Edit: I guess it's Google ad code so that may answer my second question. Also there is a typo on this page: http://vlexofree.com...your-web-pages/ in the second paragraph.

Hello Everyone!

Hi Everyone!
I just submitted an interview for an "Expert 2000" plan. I'm pretty new to web development, but VERY excited to learn. Since I'm actually at work right now I'm going to make this quick. Thanks for having me here, I hope to learn a lot and share as much as I can!
I'll be back on as soon as I can!
Take Care,
-NetworkJester
