Google's review gave me the list of webpages in my domain containing the malware scripts. I removed all of them and everything is fine now. But I still don't know how the pages got infected and how to prevent the infection in future if this repeats 
And for anyone else facing the same problem, the same script was injected at the end of pages google showed.
Due to security reasons I have not posted that script here.

Hey Eli L,
I just figured out what the spam code injected into my links & about page does!
The final script was this:
But I don't know how to find out who and from where this script is getting injected into my site, so that I can prevent them in future
I also read the guide which you pointed, and followed the guide and have requested a review.
It would be of great help, if anyone could help me to find out the vulnerable page or script in my site. Atleast I could remove that page from my site.
