Начало возникновения проблемы.
1. Вордпресс был установлен в публик_хтмл/вордпресс папкой.
Сайт в поиске виден фотограф/вордпресс/фотографии.
2. Вытащил из папки все файлы вордпресс и вставил в публик_хтмл . базы данных не видит при установки вордпресс.
Проблема устранена так.
3. установил новую базу данных. (Заново - Прописал связь базы данных с пользователем) и активировал эту связь.

дальше разберусь как установить ссылку и рекламу на хостинг.
Самое главное всё делать по порядку как в инструкции сПанел и установки движка.
