Could you pls. fix it for me? Thanks so much.
BTW, it's the second time I come upon such error, could anyone explain the reason? How can I avoid such situation in the future?

Problem: when i open the index page, i get "509" error, which says "The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to the site owner reaching his/her bandwidth limit. Please try again later." What should i do?

Do you have the ads and linkback on your pages?: Yes, I have.
Why do you need a account upgrade?: I only wanna put linkback not ads on my pages. So I wanna change the package from Expert 2000 to Personal 300.

I've built a home page and a wordpress blog site in my Expert 2000 host. But it was suspended this afternoon. I wanna know the reasons.
I wonder whether because of that I haven't created a linkback to VlexoFree in the footer of my blog page?
