I contacted Netfirms support to ask for their help since entering Bandyak.com into a browser URL still wasn't taking me to that site...
They responded, but indicated that the didn't really change anything...
Now, it DOES take you to the site, though...
So, I guess it is "magic".
Anyway - I've edited this post to remove the questions I had posed which were asking for more guidance on addon domains...
Thanks.

I will give that a shot. Haven't tried that before. If there are any gotchas in doing that, I'd appreciate some tips.
Thanks.
Thanks.

Hmmm. I just found this in the help/wiki:
# Addon Domains - This allows you to point, say, example.com to /public_html/example . In essence, it allows you to host two sites on one server!
cPanel "Addon Domains" Video Tour Available Here
Seems ideal.
If it's not a TOS breach, I'd like to just go set BandYak.com named servers as needed and then set it up as "the other" website that will be part of my hosting account.
If that's not reasonable, then the prior request to change to BandYak.com is still how I'd like to go if it's not too much trouble.
Thank you.

You're unsuspended. I have also changed your domain to "gajot.com". Please edit your interview to reflect the changes.
Thanks Eli. I realized when I went back to the old interview that I had originally asked for the host space for the 'band' part of the business idea - not the "gadget" part (spelled gajot in my case). Since I also own 'BandYak.com', I just edited that part of the interview to be BandYak.com.
I'm making this one assumption here before I ask for one more favor:
> If I want to later disassociate BandYak.com, it's something that is "easy" to do - and I may be able to even do it myself. Is that right? (At some point, it may make more sense to have the focus of this hosting account be on another part of the stuff I'm working on - but that won't be for quite a while, still.)
Assuming so, could you please do one more update (or tell me how to do it) to associate with BandYak.com instead of Gajot.com?
Sorry for being a pain.

ok. please use the template. (pinned in this forum).
Thanks Eli.
Here's the template info:
Package: Expert 2000
Domain: gajot.com
Username: swoop
Please note: the domain in the above template is owned by me at this time, but it isn't yet associated with my Vlexo account (I'm going to need to learn how to make that association once the account is no longer suspended).
Thank you!
