New Helpdesk

Vlexo has released a brand new helpdesk with many more features than the old one, including Live Support.

Vlexo has released a brand new helpdesk for it's members. Thanks to Kayako for amazing helpdesk software.

This new helpdesk will include many more features including:
  • Live Support - Speak with Vlexo staff one to one in person.
  • Updated Knowledgebase - A new knowledgebase with many articles. (Articles under construction).
  • No Registration - You are not required to register, once you submit a ticket you are automatically registered and the login details are sent to you!
  • E-Mail Piping - Simply send an e-mail to support@vlexo.com for support and sales@vlexo.com for sales to submit a new ticket, and once you recieve a response, simply reply to the e-mail!
  • And much more!
The new helpdesk can be found at helpdesk.vlexo.com.

Just a small note,

Admins are red in IE and FF, Support members are green in IE and FF, coders are purple in IE and FF, but super mods are just bolded in FF, but orange in IE :)

Update Forum Private?

I was just wondering why the latest post function on the home forum view, for the Vlexo Updates forum is set to Private. I can see the forum and everything, is it like this because certain groups are not allowed to view it?

If we do upgrade or order one of the free hosting plans that requires adsense placed on our website, can we place the adsense code wherever we want?
