SOLVED: It was my DNS provider causing the issue. All of IP's redirected to the old server.
Problem:
I don't know if everyone else has this problem but my site is still redirecting to the Site Moved to New Server Page. I've already flushed DNS and checked my own DNS records.

Why do you need an account upgrade/downgrade?: I need the upgrade for development for my professional page, and some services (i.e. eyeOS) that i'm going to be developing for my high school.

I can't believe I had so much fun that I forgot to introduce myself.
My name is Alex Cox. I'm a Junior in High School. I like mostly Media Production. The reason why I wanted VlexoFree as my hosting is because the people here is very nice. (Especially the 99.99% Uptime) I'm also gonna try out some things. This is actually my first forum I've been on!
I can't wait to beginning alot people!
